Edit Seven’s team recently transitioned to new, upgraded offices in India, marking a exciting milestone in our commitment to providing a comfortable and productive work environment for our international colleagues.
Understanding the importance of employee well-being, our recent move has been about creating a new workspace that prioritises the comfort and productivity of our teams.Â
In order to achieve this, we invited members of the team to help design the space, choosing wall art and colours that inspire creativity and positivity.
For improved comfort and well being, we’ve invested in new furniture, including ergonomic chairs designed to improve posture and reduce fatigue. We’ve also sought a more efficient building equipped with advanced air conditioning systems, and better insulation to improve cooling efficiency.
During our relocation, we identified our previous office chairs, while comfortable, as not meeting the ergonomic standards of our new space. Rather than disposing of them, we opted for a more sustainable solution. We proudly donated these chairs to local charities, ensuring they would find new homes and provide much-needed support within the community.
